IKR Development was founded on the legacy of the late Mr. Ilyas Rehmatwala, a respected pioneer in Pakistan’s construction industry. With over 35 years of experience and a strong foundation in trust, quality, and community values, the Rehmatwala family has achieved success across both real estate and textile (yarn) trading sectors. Now led by his sons and grandson, IKR Development represents the family’s strategic expansion into Dubai’s dynamic real estate market—focused on delivering premium residential communities with architectural excellence and uncompromised quality.

  • Entered the textile industry in Karachi.

1990
